Aliyah Acevedo - Volunteer Coordinator

Meet Aliyah: A proud first-gen student, Aliyah is a second-year double major at MSU Denver studying Social Work and international relations. She is a proud advocate primarily in the Commerce City community who works with students of many backgrounds to advance their educational, career, and political knowledge goals and has experience through being a past student board member for the Adams 14 school district, and chair for the Commerce City youth commission.

Aliyah’s “why”: I joined the campaign wanting to branch out into other communities to connect young voters into making educated decisions and to advance my goals of advocating communities of Colorado all around Colorado.
