Xitlalli Rodarte-Lopez - Volunteer Coordinator

Meet Xitlalli: A first-generation college student at CU Denver studying Political Science with a strong interest in law, politics, and community advocacy. Xitlalli has been involved in civic engagement through the Rocky Mountain Partnership Civic Influencer Fellowship and has gained political experience through internships with the Colorado State Legislature and political campaigns. Through these experiences, she has developed a passion for connecting young people to their communities and encouraging them to become more involved in the issues that affect them.

Xitlalli’s “why”: Xitlalli joined the campaign because she believes everyone deserves to have their voice heard and represented in their community. She is especially passionate about encouraging young people to become involved in politics and understand the impact they can have. As a Volunteer Coordinator, she hopes to bring people together, create a safe and welcoming environment for volunteers, and make sure everyone feels comfortable getting involved and knows that their contributions can make a difference.
